Does it play videos while the vehicle is in motion?
Yes, it'll work while in motion, but for safety and legal reasons you should only use The Magic Box™ 2.0 while the vehicle is parked in a safe location.
How quickly can I set it up?
Most customers get it up and running within a few minutes. It’s plug & play with minimal setup required, similar to a new phone to establish basic settings.
Will this work in my vehicle?
The LinkCast Pro Max requires Apple CarPlay connection to work in your vehicle. You can check our extensive compatibility list at the top of this page near the add to cart buttons.
Aftermarket head units from Alpine, Kenwood, and Pioneer are also supported.
Will it work on iPhone & Android?
Yes, The LinkCast Pro Max works great with both iPhone & Android. We simply use the CarPlay channel to allow our device to function so even if you have an Android phone, you'll still click into CarPlay from your display screen
What devices are compatible with the LinkCast?
The LinkCast Pro Max works with any device that has an HDMI output, including Roku sticks, Fire TV devices, Xbox, PlayStation, laptops, tablets, and more.
Does it require internet connection?
LinkCast itself doesn't need internet. However, streaming content from devices like Roku or Fire Stick will require internet access through your phone's hotspot or a dedicated car WiFi system
